“Make at least one definitive move daily toward your goal. Aim at perfection in everything, though in most things it is unattainable; however, they who aim at it, and persevere, will come much nearer to it than those whose laziness and despondency make them give it up as unattainable”— Bruce Lee

Every day I start the morning off with a cup of coffee, review my “To Accomplish List”, read a series of motivational and or business and life rules to live by, and reflect on the past days performance. Then I hit the day hard, trying to move forward in small ways to my goals in training and life. Sometimes it sucks, to be running in the pitch dark at 5:00am, cold, sometimes wet but I force myself to do it to stay on track with a portion of my training regime. It sucks, but I do it anyway! Again, I choose what I am going to do or attempt each day, and with that said I also choose the outcome of accomplishing a task or not accomplishing a task. When I don’t accomplish something, there had better be a good reasona s I am hard upon myself for just being plain lazy. It happens though ( I am honest here with you) but then I slam myself and  get the task done. So now are you going to strive to accomplish more today, this week and in your life or are you going to be an armchair warrior and eek by, doing the bare minimum in order to progress or move through your training?

Alright, time to attack my “To Accomplish List”! (Sounds so much better than a “To Do” List)
