Hello Bujinkan Warriors

Great feedback on the new member’s section launch, so THANK YOU for everything! Since there were also a lot of emails coming in I will try to answer here on the blog instead of writing so many one on one replies.

1) I don’t have a paypal account can I still order? Yes, Paypal accepts most major credit cards for processing so no worries.

2) Can I mail a check or money order? No, I do not accept checks or money orders at this time.

3) Will you be adding longer video clips to cover a technique in more depth? Absolutely! It was a tough balance between no making it too long or not supplying the correct amount of information, so I will balance this in the next lesson.

4) How do I schedule my consultation? Just email me your contact information to Airyu@hotmail.com and I will reply with a time slot or answer your emailed questions.

5) Do you have extra sheets to record nutrition, goals, work out logs etc. from the Solo Training Manual? Yes, I will add blank template sheets up in the next lesson or email me and I will send them to you ASAP.

Bujinkan Warrior Member’s Section is Live!

Hello Bujinkan Warriors,

Those of you who receive my newsletter, last night got an update that the new Warrior Member’s Section was going live today (if you didn’t know it from the countdown clock at the top of the page!!) Well it is live and running even after my laptop crashed causing me to have to reload all my video and web software, had an issue with running certain Java scripts and just about any other issue you could imagine, but I PROMISED YOU it would be up and running today and it IS!!

Here is another Warrior conditioning Workout for you to have some fun playing with! Pretty easy isn’t it… of course it is, it is only part of the conditioning training regime for the monthly work outs in the members section. Add this to your current program and train with intensity!

Warm up

25 Pushups

25 Sit ups

25 Squats

2 Sets

5 Man-Makers

5 Pull ups (Weighted)

5 Turkish get ups

5 Heavy Bag lifts to Shoulder (100lbs)

10 Side crunches

10 Legs up (open)

10 Legs up in L position

Warrior Conditioning 1

    (Man I hate when someone walks on me!)

Alright, many of you have been asking me to not only include the various Warrior Workouts out through the newsletter (yes a new one will be out this week) but also to include them from time to time here on the blog. Well you got your wish, this is what I was working on today.         

Morning

5K run (< 24 mins)

Afternoon Session

Warm Up

Static and dynamic stretching series

3 Rounds (each round consist of all exercises completed with no breaks)

20 Jumping Jacks

10 Pushups

25 high knee strikes(in the air, Muay Thai style)

15 sit ups

10 Burpees

20 squats

2 Sets

10 Turkish getups (60% max weight)

10 Macebell swings (L and R sides)

10 Pull ups

5 ring dips
