25 Sit ups
25 Squats
2 Sets
5 Man-Makers
5 Pull ups (Weighted)
5 Turkish get ups
5 Heavy Bag lifts to Shoulder (100lbs)
10 Side crunches
10 Legs up (open)
10 Legs up in L position
